"I am very proud of Abu. He did really well. It is a tough competition and he beat over 5000 entrants to get to the final eight and to come fourth is brilliant. He has been working at the restaurant for ten years.
"The competition was held in the kitchens of Quenn Margaret University College in Edinburgh and there was a reception afterwards in the Balmoral Hotel which was lovely.
"We now have two chefs at the restaurant who are finalists in this competition"
